HERE'S TO US! CHEERS! SALUTE! CIN CIN!
In other news, we looked at a house with our new agent. Our last one politely fired us. Sad story really but it seemed she just didn't get what we wanted and were looking for. We kept trying to find a home and even bid on one. We lost the bid as there were 9 other offers as well. We almost made a second bid on a house but decided the extra rooms were too small. This put her over the edge and she let us go. Funny how the new agent had never met us and showed us the perfect home first thing. I mean it! I think we saw 20 homes with the other one and none were perfect. We would have settled on any and all of them. However, the first home our new agent showed us was IT! You can see pics of the home's twin if you click on IT in the last sentence. Scroll down to the second home on Fountaindale Way. The first one is the one we bid on but it doesn't have pics. The second one shows the layout and such of the home we bid on. IF we get it, the back yard is HUGE!!! It's a one level, open and cheerful feeling home in a gated community and it's at the end of a culdesac. It's everything we wanted. Now we wait for their response. Please keep us in your prayers. We are prepared for it to go either way and are trying to look at it as another "If it's meant to be situation."

Congrats and good luck!
Prayers on the house and good luck! Love the home!
Fingers are crossed! I hope you get it. I loved the feeling of finding ''our house, the ONE''
What a beautiful house! I'll keep you in my prayers.
Enjoy your Sunday :o)
Good luck! We would be practically neighbors!
Its lovely! Looks very open, I like that. I'm saying a prayer & keeping my fingers crossed, too!
I can't wait to hear about the Italian Festival!
It is a beautiful house!! I will keep your family in my prayers and hope that it is meant for you!! Isn't that funny how a realtor would let you go? Isn't it their job to show you as many houses as necessary so that you can find the one you want? And a chicken festival? I would love to see that!
Great house. It sure is a difficult time when you're buying. Glad you found an agent who could find what you wanted. The chicken festival sounds like fun.
I love it. I am glad you found the agent to work with you. That is so important.
I pray it all works out and you can relax a little.
Blessings to you today!!
Ah...Friz that is FANTASTIC! Looks like a great house. I need to go back and look at the pics better, but the house looks beautiful from the outside! If you ever need anything I use to date a cop from Sacramento! haha...like I even talk to him anymore since he feel off the face of the earth after that class reunion! Remember that!?! grrr...
Ok...enough thinking in the past!:) I hope that if this is to be yours that you get the answer quickly and all goes well!
Love ya...prayers coming your way!
hope you find out quickly - I love the columns if you get it and it needs more paint if you don't. (*wink*)
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Whatever. I see no columns. But I love the courtyard and the unique fireplace and there's more than one? Cool!
If you don't get it - 2 fireplaces are too much work, anyway.
Any word, btw?
