I just read a Blog called Nesting Place which challenged its readers to send in photos they've taken of something imperfectly beautiful. I am amazed at the photos sent in and think you might be too. Hm...I don't think I could choose just one as I have so many imperfect photos that I love of my own. I have to admit I haven't been taking photos of my messy rooms and piles as some are willing to do. When that happens you'll know I've completely lost all my anal tendencies and completely thrown caution to the wind. (Won't that be a day to celebrate honey?! SNRK!!) ANYWAY... I enjoyed reading her Blog and viewing comments and photos left by other readers and participants. Though I am not yet ready to air my "dirty laundry/blog" for all to view, I'm ok with you, my family and friends seeing the photo(s) I would have chosen as being "Imperfectly beautiful." Some day, I'll be that carefree but today, I still walk with a little caution in my step/blog.

oh. PS --- I worked on an imperfectly beautiful thing yesterday. It took all stinkin' day and I used hot glue and everything (just like The Nester). And then I pulled it all off and ended up breaking the 30x54" piece of glass right smack in the middle of my living room and it was just too imperfect to be beautiful. *sigh*
